Shipping Address:
- We only ship to the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not within our delivery coverage.
- In the European region, we only deliver to EU countries, and we do not deliver to some remote areas or islands.
- Please do not use P.O. Box addresses. Carriers such as FedEx do not support delivery to P.O. Boxes, which may result in lost packages. If such an address is used, please contact us promptly to update it in order to avoid delivery delays.
Shipping Fees:
- Free shipping on all orders
- Shipping method: Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on actual conditions
- For orders in Europe, we will ship via DHL.
Shipping Time:
Order delivery time consists of two stages:
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Transit time: 2–5 business days
Due to certain objective or uncontrollable factors, such as holidays or severe weather conditions, shipments may be delayed. We will notify customers in advance if delays occur.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.
- Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately and may have multiple tracking numbers. In such cases, we cannot guarantee that all items will arrive at the same time. If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
