Refund Conditions

Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If you are not satisfied for any reason, or if you receive a product with quality issues, please notify us within 30 days. Please do not return the product without authorization.

Returns must be requested through our official channels. After approval, a prepaid return label will be provided.

Return Eligibility

Eligible returns must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, in the same condition as received, with all accessories included, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided.
  • Please contact our official support channels (email or website) to submit a return request.
  • Products purchased via Amazon or our official website are eligible for the same return and warranty services.

Full Refund

For product quality issues or damage during transportation that renders the product unusable, we will provide a full refund or one free replacement after confirmation.

Partial Refund

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • The item is partially damaged or missing parts.
  • If the return is caused by the consumer, we will charge shipping fee.

Return Process

  2. Provide proof of purchase. If there is a quality issue, please provide photos or a detailed description.
  3. Our support team will review and respond within 48 hours.
  4. After approval, a prepaid return label will be provided (the return address will be shown on the label).
  5. Please attach the return label to the outside of the package. All returned packages must clearly display the return label.
  6. XSVPVOLT will process a replacement or refund after receiving and confirming the returned product. The final solution depends on replacement stock availability. Replacement products will carry the same warranty period as the original product.

Refund & Shipping

  • After the product is shipped back by the customer, we will initiate the refund process. In some cases, refunds may be issued after the product is received at our warehouse. If you require a faster refund, please contact us. You will receive a notification once the refund is completed.
  • Since the return shipping cost may be prepaid by us, this cost may be deducted from the refund in certain cases. The specific amount will be communicated before processing the refund.
